Clearbrooke Estates is an established community of 204 single family homes located in lower, slower Sussex County Delaware, just north of the city of Seaford. It was developed in 1990 on 80 acres of land, which were originally part of Wheatley Farms.
We encompass an area west of Route 13 (Sussex Highway) between Canon Road on the North and Elks Road on the South. Our homeowners are family-oriented and we have a wide age range within our association. Our community is just minutes from parks, golf courses, shopping and dining areas.
Punkin' Chunkin', a pumpkin pitching contest, and The Apple Scrapple Festival, an annual Autumn festival, are both located in nearby Bridgeville and are very popular with both residents and visitors.
There are another 32 lots available until we reach our total complement of 236 homes. Please come join us. You won't regret it.
We are fortunate to be less than an hour's drive to several popular beaches including Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach and Fenwick Island, DE and Ocean City, MD.
And don't forget Delaware's tax free shopping and low property tax rates.
For new residents or people considering a residence here, water is supplied by Tidewater Utilities and the electricity is supplied by Delmarva Power.
